Membership FAQs

When will my membership packet arrive in the mail?

Since our membership program is just launching, we’re still finalizing the details for the timeline of mailing out membership packets. We’ll be sure to keep you updated and notify you as soon as your packet ships.

What if I do not receive my packet within 2-3 weeks?

If you do not receive your membership packet after 2-3 weeks of signing up please contact us at membership@ventureunknownfoundation.org

What if I want to cancel my membership?

While memberships cannot be canceled mid-term, you do have the option to turn off auto-renewal at any time. This will ensure your membership does not renew on the anniversary of your join date. You’ll continue to enjoy full benefits until the end of your current membership term.

Can I get a refund of my membership?

No, all of our memberships are non refundable.

How often do I need to renew my membership?

All memberships are set to renew automatically each year. You’ll receive a reminder email before your renewal date, giving you the opportunity to turn off auto-renewal if you choose not to continue.

Will I be notified when my membership is up for renewal?

Yes, you will receive 3 renewal notices via email. The first will arrive the month before your renewal date, the second on the month of your renewal, and the last the month after your membership has expired. Once you renew, you will not receive any renewal notices. If you renew and are still receiving renewal notices, please reach out to the VUF Team.

What if I have a change of address before my membership packet is sent?

If you have a change of address, please contact the VUF Team as soon as possible. Make sure to add your apartment or suite number when filling out your online join form.

Is my membership tax-deductible?

No. Memberships are not tax deductible. Only donations are tax deductible.
